Terms of Sale

Special Orders: All special orders are not able to be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order is submitted to the manufacturer.

As-Is, Clearance & Discontinued MerchandiseAll As-Is, Clearance & Discontinued merchandise is sold as a final sale, with no returns, and do not carry warranties. 

​

Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at order. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at delivery.

​

Financing: For third-party financing, billing begins 30 days after the merchandise arrives at our warehouse, regardless of delivery date.

​

Storage: We're happy to offer complimentary storage for 30 days once your order arrives at our warehouse. If you need us to hold your items longer, we can continue to store them for you at a rate of $75 per month. All merchandise, however, must be paid in full.

 

We can hold merchandise for up to 90 days from the date of arrival. If we haven't been able to schedule delivery or pickup by that point, the order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Any accumulated storage fees will still apply.

 

We understand delays happen, and our team will work with you throughout the hold period to help schedule delivery at a time that works for you.

 

Re-selections: Re-selections require management approval and are subject to a 20% handling fee.

Delivery: We offer a white-glove delivery service. Your items are inspected prior to delivery and blanket-wrapped before delivery to your home. Our delivery staff has decades of experience and expertise. We regularly receive compliments on our delivery team.

 

Our standard delivery zone is twenty miles from any of our locations and is shown in the map below. There is a fuel surcharge of $100 for distances outside of our standard delivery zone. â€‹â€‹â€‹

Mattresses are delivered FREE up to 50 miles from the nearest Fish Furniture location. There is a fuel surcharge of $100 for further distances.​

 

All deliveries from the Fish Furniture Outlet will continue to have a fuel surcharge of $59 per order.​​​​​

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairwells. Failed deliveries due to access limitations will result in a $150 redelivery fee or a 20% restocking charge. All shipping timelines are estimates and subject to manufacturer or carrier delays.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

Claims: Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.​

 

Final Sale Items: All clearance, floor samples, and “as-is” merchandise are sold final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.​

 

Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply where available. Fish Furniture does not provide additional warranties unless specifically stated in writing.​

 

Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 15 business days for processing.​

 

Pricing Errors: Pricing and availability are subject to correction. Fish Furniture reserves the right to cancel or modify orders affected by typographical or pricing errors.​
